Participants of the Turkish Language Program for Public Officials and Academicians (KATİP) receive comprehensive language training provided by the Language Center at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University. The course spans 8 months and begins at the A1 level.
Those who pass the course exams successfully will be awarded a B2 level certificate at the end of the program. A minimum of 80% attendance in classes each month is required. Scholarships may be suspended if participants continue to be absent from classes or fail the exams.
