What types of activities are organized in KATİP?

The KATİP Program offers a rich schedule of activities designed to improve participants’ Turkish language skills, cultural awareness, and professional engagement. Participants receive 800 hours of language education, progressing from A1 to B2 level over 8 months. Seminars and lectures by experts cover Turkish history, foreign policy, and public institutions, providing deep insight into the country's intellectual landscape. Cultural excursions to cities like Istanbul, Konya, and Çanakkale expose participants to Türkiye’s rich heritage. Institutional visits to ministries, universities, and think tanks allow direct engagement with Turkish professionals and officials. The program also includes intercultural networking events—both formal and informal—that promote long-term connections among participants and their Turkish counterparts.
